I really enjoyed keeping fit and letting you watch me exercising and I thought you might like to see how I cool down afterwards. It is very important to remove excessive clothing and to open any pores to help release heat and moisture. I was told all this by a really kind and caring neighbour of mine. He showed me exactly what to do and which pores to open up to release any moisture that may have built up inside me. He is very helpful and always pop rounds whenever he hears me gyrating on my bike to ensure that I do my cool down routine properly.
